• Visual Inspection - pipe, wing, threads, welds, etc.
• Ultrasonic Test (UT) the pipe.
• Visual Inspection.
• Visual Inspection - Edit Asset Banding Equipment with existing asset bands having new certification date added to the band.
• Equipment without asset bands will have one added with asset number provided by Mountain Pressure Testing (unless customer supplies asset band).
• Pressure Test up to 250 psi over the maximum working pressure.
• Grinding of all Wing Nuts.
• Lip Seal Inspection.
• Retaining Ring.
• Inspection of sub ends (M & F) and segments.
• Documentation of results upon request.
• Grease all valves, swivels, etc.
